A great Canadian photographer advised me to start doing portrait photography, so here it is. For this particular image I used nothing but a basic setup of a Canon EOS 60D and a Speedlite 580EX II set to slave mode triggered by on-camera flash.

Here´s what happened
"I awake to the sound of a roaring chainsaw. I climb out of bed only to realize that the beautiful old tree outside of my window is being shredded. I am actually crying right now. Just get me away from here. They won´t stop until nothing remains."

Inspiring cover art
Great photography for variety of different modern beats. If I were to see this album cover in a record store I´d buy it because of the picture - no matter if the music was good or bad. This particular record by Maximum Ballon includes contributions by many guests including David Byrne etc, and my favorite song would be Tiger. However, it is not really that sophisticated listening despite the attractive cover which is purely aesthetics. I have previously listed more good looking album art in another entry called 40 Covers that you can revisit.
